Problem
Many restaurants operate with fragmented tools for taking orders, managing accounts, coordinating kitchen, charging, and closing sales. This leads to operational errors, wasted time, poor visibility of each order's status, and difficulty adapting the system to different business models, from simple operations to restaurants requiring KDS, advanced modules, and subscription control.
Strategy
A modular SaaS platform was designed and developed, combining product architecture, user experience, restaurant operational logic, and full-stack development. The strategy focused on creating a flexible POS where each business can activate only the modules it needs, such as RushKDS, order management, accounts, payments, users, locations, and subscription plans. The system was structured with clear workflows, reusable components, permissions, operational states, and a scalable foundation to support business growth and new integrations.
