Problem
A medical appointment in a calendar, a school timetable in a message, a document buried in emails and an expense waiting to be shared. Children's information ends up scattered across different tools and often relies on one person remembering everything. Coordinating everyday life means searching for information, repeating conversations and keeping everyone up to date. When children live across several households, families also need to organise custody schedules, handovers and changes while maintaining continuity in their routines and care.
Strategy
At Jelpus, we develop Rivodi as our own family organisation product, using each child as the reference point for connecting their information. The application brings together calendars, school routines and activities, documents, health information and expenses in a private family space. Agreements clarify shared decisions; custody and handover tools are used when the family needs them. Our work covers product strategy, experience design and the development of an installable web application accessible on mobile and desktop. The product evolves through modules, keeping related information within the same space.
Results
Rivodi provides a common foundation for checking children's plans, organising their routines and keeping the documents and information needed for their care available. Its aim is to make coordination easier and share the work of organising family life. The product continues to evolve through new features and improvements to the user experience.
