Problem
The chiropractic center managed appointments manually, causing schedule conflicts and a high no-show rate. Additionally, it was necessary to establish access control for the center's staff and accurately report all staff check-ins and check-outs.
Strategy
An online booking system was implemented on their Wix website, with separate schedules per professional, automatic email/SMS reminders, and a payment gateway for prepayments. An AI bot named "Laia" was integrated to allow users to create, consult, and confirm appointments by interacting directly with the trained bot. A management panel was created for the center to consult patients, appointments, and edit chiropractor and staff information for proper organization. Additionally, a custom financial module was developed to detect cash, online, or Bizum payments, generate invoices linked to bookings, and record expenses to facilitate monthly financial statement creation.
Results
The schedule automation optimized center management, improved patient experience, and significantly increased revenue by reducing missed appointments.
