Problem
Despite having a recognized architectural identity and notable creative results, BC Estudio faced digital fragmentation: their projects and storytelling were not fully aligned across all channels and markets, missing opportunities to impact multilingual audiences and complicating efficient content management and online results. Additionally, the presentation and SEO positioning of projects did not leverage artificial intelligence nor the benefits of content automation or structured data.
Strategy
BC Estudio's digital transformation began with a thorough analysis of its performance on social networks, website, and interactions with different audiences, using advanced analytics tools to map improvement opportunities. We identified that the main challenge was the identity fragmentation and the absence of an integrated multilingual logic that would allow scaling the international visibility of their projects. In response, we designed a strategy combining a multilayer editorial narrative, adaptable both to Instagram and LinkedIn, with the technical development of a Wix Studio website. We implemented a content management system (CMS) connected by APIs to automate publishing and translation in Spanish, Catalan, and English. Each new project entered by the client through a custom admin panel is automatically enriched with multilingual texts, images, and SEO metadata generated by AI, including keywords and descriptions adapted to each language. This infrastructure ensures brand consistency and maximum autonomy for the client, facilitating future expansion and the integration of new features.
Results
After implementing the solution, BC Estudio experienced tangible improvements across all key indicators. Community growth was clearly reflected: followers on Instagram and Facebook doubled in just six months, from 3,392 to 6,739 users. Total impressions exceeded 216,800 during the period, with growth peaks up to 42% in the community and over 45,000 clicks on campaigns and posts. Interaction also showed a significant rise, with engagement rates exceeding 400% depending on the type of post and content. The website, now managed with a multilingual system and AI-optimized for SEO, received more than 58,000 visits, highlighting relevant international traffic from Saudi Arabia, Spain, and the United States. Advertising performance increased return on ad spend (ROAS) to 3.12, and more than 4,480 direct conversions were achieved from digital campaigns, consolidating a qualified database for new projects. These quantifiable results validate the multilayer strategy and technological integration, establishing BC Estudio as a benchmark in the digital management of high-end architectural projects internationally.
