Problem
Wholesaler and retailer information arrives from different sources in different formats. ADIUM needs consistent definitions, documented data origins and quality controls before that information supports operations and analysis.
Strategy
We designed a modular AWS platform with staged storage, PostgreSQL and access controls. Development brings together product data governance, quality rules and delivery tracking, with manuals, technical contracts and evidence built into the product.
Results
The development environment already brings together a portal, operational documentation, database-backed project tracking and an initial product governance foundation. Delivery continues in phases, with connectors and corporate integrations introduced according to the project plan.
